Treat Your Feet

Flip-flop weather is just around the corner..unless you are my brother-in-law...he wears them all year round and requests toe-cozies. And because flip-flop weather is nearly upon us, you're gonna want your heels and toes to look their most glamtastic. Not flaky. Flaky is good for a biscuit, but not your feet.

Are you familiar with the health benefits of coconut oil? Coconut oil and I are very good friends. I use it religiously. That is, I use it faithfully. On my face and legs, and especially on my feet. Here is a simple recipe for a coconut and peppermint foot cream. Your tootsies will thank you.

Coconut Foot Cream:
1 cup organic coconut oil
1 cup fresh peppermint leaves (dried is okay too, or even just peppermint oil)
Vitamin E caps
These measurements are not exact...you can't really mess it up and more or less of any of the ingredients depending on what you have on hand.

How to make:
Place coconut oil, peppermint leaves, and popped vit. E into pan. Simmer on low heat for about an hour. Strain leaves and pour into a small jar. Use liberally on rough, flaky heels and toes. Be confident that with faithful use you too will have cute and healthy, happy feet. :o)
