Yep, This is How I Feel

Like a slug. Haven't slept well in oh, about a week. Could be the time change....losing an hour and all...or it could be the new kitty. She sleeps all day and goes berserk at night.

I had planned all kinds of cool (or not) posts for this week. Things like:

1. My current embroidery project. Can you say Matryoshka? Nesting Doll madness has struck. Check out these adorable measuring cups. Who wouldn't want these as kitchen helpers? By the way, I have a birthday coming up in May. May 17 in fact.

2. Garden plans and my new favorite gardening book. It's called Lasagna Gardening. You can read an exciting testimonial of the merits of this gardening technique at No Greater Joy.

3. Remember that big stack of books from the library? They have been occupying most of my free time. Or I should say, I have been occupied reading them. Or maybe I said the exact same thing and both are poorly composed. Oh well. If you are an English teacher or have majored in English, circle my errors in red. Anyway, one book that I'd really like to recommend to any one into travel is The Wicked Traveler. Miss. M and I have been in stitches all week. Seriously, you've got to check it out. Like right now. Especially if you plan to visit France, Italy, Germany, Japan or any of the Spanish speaking countries.

4. What else? I guess that was it. For now.

I'm sorry you are so tired - but With all this creative stuff going on in your head and your life you don't resemble a slug to me at all! I would love to see your new embroidery project - you always inspire me so.

Hope you are well - we have to get together soon - I miss you.
