Buried Alive....

...under a pile of books. Yep, I am deeply occupied and fully absorbed planning out the next two school years for Zach (he's a junior this year) and the coming year for the other three. Before I could begin planning this year, I had to finish my record keeping for the 07-08 school year. I promise myself to keep on top of the records this time around. Ü

I usually found the day that I piled all the new school year's books around me to 'plan the year', kind of exciting and filled me with anticipation for the things we were going to delve into. That said, I am glad I am through with all of the organization involved in homeschooling :-)

Yeah, I'm usually pretty excited. But the romance of hsing is gone for me. It's work. And planning the future for my junior and 8th grader/freshman is frightening.

Look how far you have come little mamapua. You have done a remarkeable job with your children. I am thankful that you have homeschooled my grandchildren. Public school is so scary. Thank-you! Ma
