....and mama bakes a pie. A sour cream blueberry pie. So easy. So good.Sour Cream Blueberry Pie:
1 9-inch pie crust
2 cups fresh blueberries (they taste best when you've picked them yourself):o)
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
Dash salt
Stem berries. Wash if you feel the need. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs and sugar together until foamy but not stiff. Maybe 5 min.? Fold in sour cream 'til mixed. Fold in berries. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in pre-heated 325* oven for 60
minutes. Excellent served warm. Even better chilled and eaten for breakfast the next morn! Ha.

that is a piece of material that I have been carting around for years. I love it and wish I had more....I'd make you some napkins or something.:o)
