The Solution

The dining room table has been moved........back to the dining room. Yeah! We now have a place to eat.

I found a great "farm house" style table at a thrift store. It struck me that if it as ripped through the center of the length and if the two halves were mounted to the wall, I'd have 120 inches of work space! So that's what I did. With some help from friends. Thank you, friends.

Miss M. has room to work on her paintings and I have room to sew. I was so inspired by my new sewing spot that I've nearly finished the clothespin bag....just in time for the warm weather that's on it's way.

It turned out so pretty! Good job! I'm sure your husband will be happy to have his own place at the dining room table when he comes home;)

Oh, that is just brilliant. I love it. Could it be used for serving too? (Can't tell where it is in relation to the dining table)

That looks wonderful! I once saw someone take a cute cupboard and cut it in half for mounting on a bathroom wall. They used it as a unique medicine cabinet...very creative - you have nice friends too.

Cool. But I have something cooler: Made burgers last night...with a healthy amount of bacon salt in them. Delicious
