Cherry Blossoms....Odawara Jo!

From the Train station in Odawara you can see the Castle.
(it helps when they have a big red arrow showing you the Way)

This is what the party is all about!
I was pretty stoked about seeing a castle in Japan, but in the Spring, Oh yeah!
The Japanese people were so cool to throw this big party for me, with a flea market.
I actually came on thee, Cherry Blossom Festival for the Castle.

This is for all those builders in the family(and friends). Now you have the secret
to building your own Castle.

Throw in 300 Sakura trees and BAM!, you too can
have your very own flea market.

Help Nacho, will help the Brother out?

A big thanks to my photgrapher Nacho Libre.

Look at the little peep hole in the walls....they would have had arrows or muskets
sticking out of them. If you were a bad guy.
The definition of "Bad guy" is upto the guy on the inside.
I like this picture...I took the camera from Nacho.

the gates had what look like copper on them.

the stairs to the main part of the Castle (I think it was
four floors)

this called Hanami...hana meaning flower. You bring a bento (box lunch) and sit
under the Sakura trees, and observe their beauty.
Alot of Sake is also consumed. I'm going to do this tomorrow with the
the church (in Kamakura)minus the Sake.
The Lord is so good to Me...I get to see cool stuff all day and when
it's time to go, rain. This is at least in the top three things I have done
here.
If you have done so already you can get more Info about the Castle
by click on the title of this blog.
