Frankenstein vs. The Wolfman

Tonight we are watching some corny old "horror" flicks. These simple yet sentimental movies are all in good fun. And to be extra corny, we're having caramel popcorn and cold, fresh, apple cider.


Caramel Peanut-Butter Popcorn:
Pop enough corn to make 2 quarts.
Cook to a roiling boil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup or honey....I use honey

Remove from heat and add
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pour over popcorn stirring to coat.

Eating caramel popcorn and watching movies goes waaay back with Scott and I. All the way back to '89, when we were high school sweethearts. ;o) Enjoy the beautiful weekend folks!
