Everything's Peachy

Training is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education.” ~ Mark Twain

Peaches ment for a cobbler..in a newly thrifted dish. I love the mushrooms.

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil-simmer 10 min.

Batter
1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1 stick of butter melted in deep baking dish. Por batter over melted butter. Do Not stir! Spoon fruit on top of batter then gently por syrup over all. Bake 30 min. or up to 50 if you want the top carmalized. Bake in 350 oven. Serve with ice cream. Be happy. Ü
