Yes! Miss.M. and I truly saw a shark! Remember the kids learing to surf at Scott's step bro's house? Well, in that very bay Miss. M and I saw a 5-7 foot shark. G'mpa Kauahi had told us just a week before that a young tiger shark was seen there hunting sea turtles. I have always wanted to see a shark. It's a freaky, "face your fear" kinda thing for me. I never should have watched Jaws. Someone told me we are surrounded by sharks....we just never see them. That's comforting. Not!!
Check out this news report from Wednesday: Hammerheads in Kaneohe. I think this would have been so cool to see.

That's pretty cool. I just hope that you weren't one of the brave ones that wanted a closer look.
Oh no..we were'nt anywhere near to the hammerheads....we were at home. Only saw those on the news. We were safely ashore when we saw the possible young tiger shark.
