A recipe ....



Fruit Kabobs:
fresh pineapple (canned will work but fresh is best)
strawberries
grapes
bananas
apple chunks
kiwi

And any other fruit you like or have on hand. Alternate fruit on cocktail skewers and give a squeeze of lime or lemon over the apples and bananas to keep from turning brown. Now, make the really awesome fruit dip below and pig out, man.

Creamy Fruit Dip:
1 14oz jar marshmallow cream
1 8oz package cream cheese

Soften cream cheese and mix well with the marshmallow cream. Serve with fruit kabobs or fruit cut in wedges or chunks arranged on a platter. My kiddos love this as a snack, it's good for a tea party, baby or bridal shower or to gussy up an otherwise ordinary breakfast.
