10 fresh dill sprigs
1 one inch cinnamon stick
8oz. water
Make into tea and sip slowly. Good for upset tummy, gas and hiccups.
Dill is at the top of the list as one of my all time favorite herbs to grow. It grows quickly, it grows easily, there are many uses for dill, and the seed heads look lovely in a bouquet of dahlias.
