While the gang is out hiking Diamond Head, I have chosen to stay home. Come on now, I have already hiked Diamond Head three times in as many months. I need something a little more challenging. Please! Like maybe Stairway to Heaven? Hmmm, no thank you....I think I'll just do my 'Walk Away the Pounds' video with my buddy, Leslie Sansone, and call it good!

Good for you girl! Although I think you're walking DVD is much harder than climbing Diamond Head. Unless you're running down it of course, like our two little ones!
I think you should have Jessica come over and give you another massage.
